The technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and ordered the part. The part took over two weeks to come in, but as soon as it did, he was back out. The minisplit unit is now working great. A little pricy for the part and labor, but worth it. Word is that this company is the go-to folks if you have a minisplit that needs repair. Thanks !

Very fast and professional service. Offered to come out the same day I called! Had to have them out the next day, they diagnose the problem got the part and fixed my air conditioning the following day. Best air conditioning repair experience I have ever had. Joseph diagnose the problem and Justin installed did the repair. Could not be happier with those two.

We needed help with our very old and dirty air ducts. Wasn't sure who we could trust to solve problems in a 25 year old mobile home, but Two Brothers A/C was the RIGHT choice. Trustworthy people who do a very thorough job. Did everything they could to accommodate our hectic schedule and solve multiple issues including holes in our duct board and a dead rodent that needed to be removed. We had our duct system vacuumed, sealed with AeroSeal technology and sanitized. It feels and smells so much better and now our cooling/heating system will have a much longer lifespan no longer blowing air out the bottom of the home. Excited to see how much we will save on utilities! These guys are professional, honest, and hard working. They go the extra mile. Thank you Justin, Joseph, Trish, and everyone who helped us out. We know we can count on you from now on!

Despite some complications with our mini-split system, this company went above and beyond to meet our needs. Both Justin’s and Robert were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the owner Levi went out of his way to ensure we had proper functioning equipment delivered. My family is very pleased and I couldn’t recommend this company enough not just for the quality of product, but the customer service was phenomenal.

Justin was amazing. He checked and fixed everything that needed done. He was insightful and explained each step thoroughly so we would understand. We called this morning about needing assistance and they were able to arrive within just a few hours. Absolutely great customer service while setting up the appointment and we were very comfortable with Justin and his work. 10 out of 10 would recommend! These guys are genuine as it gets. They treated us like family from start to finish. Justin was extremely professional and was honest with our repairs , they didn't just try to push buying a new system on us at all.
