Experienced HVAC Technician (Seguin/San Antonio)

Full-Time | Seguin Base | Service & Installation

Job Summary:

The Experienced Technician is the face of Two Brothers A/C. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems across the Seguin and San Antonio service areas while upholding our commitment to integrity and quality service.

Core Duties:

  • Perform accurate, on-site diagnostics for heating, cooling, and ventilation failures.
  • Complete repairs, replacements, and routine preventative maintenance as required.
  • Educate customers clearly on necessary repairs and maintenance options.
  • Maintain high first-time fix rates using our provided technology and stocked vehicles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience in residential HVAC service.
  • EPA Universal Certification required. NATE certification is a strong plus.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.

Full-Time | Training Provided | Great entry-level opportunity

Job Summary:

This is a key entry-level role, working alongside a Lead Installer on residential equipment changeouts, new system installations, and ductwork projects. This position includes paid training opportunities toward becoming a certified Technician.

Core Duties:

  • Assist in the installation of new air conditioning and heating units.
  • Measure, cut, and install ductwork, venting, and plenums under supervision.
  • Load and unload equipment and ensure the worksite is clean and organized.
  • Learn and adhere to all safety and installation protocols.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in construction or trades is helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in attics/crawlspaces.
  • Strong desire to learn and commitment to a career in HVAC.

Full-Time | Seguin Office | Customer Focused Role

Job Summary:

Based at our Seguin office, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role manages scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring smooth communication between our field technicians and clients.

Core Duties:

  • Answer phones, manage the dispatch board, and schedule service and estimate calls efficiently.
  • Handle customer invoicing, process payments, and manage technician payroll documentation.
  • Maintain and organize digital customer records and files.
  • Assist the owners with general administrative and organizational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or customer service, preferably in a home service industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic bookkeeping.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a cheerful, professional phone manner.
