The technician, Robert, was very knowledgeable and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and ordered the part. The part took over two weeks to come in, but as soon as it did, he was back out. The minisplit unit is now working great. A little pricy for the part and labor, but worth it. Word is that this company is the go-to folks if you have a minisplit that needs repair. Thanks !

Had to have them out the next day, they diagnose the problem got the part and fixed my air conditioning the following day. Best air conditioning repair experience I have ever had.
